Unlike a traditional sauna which uses steam to heat the air in the sauna, an infrared sauna uses infrared light waves to penetrate the body and heat it in the same way light from the sun does, but without the harmful UV rays.
As it gently heats the body, it makes you sweat and has all the same benefits of a traditional sauna, but feels much more comfortable because the air around you isn’t hot.
If it is your first time using the sauna you will be given a full induction by a knowledgeable member of the team, who will also give you a demonstration of how the sauna and its various features work.
Sauna sessions last an hour. An hour and a half is given for each session to allow time for showering pre and post sauna. Sessions also take place in your own private sauna, with your own shower in the room. A full guide to preparation for the sauna can be found here...

When purchasing tickets through Hidden County a voucher code will be sent via email from Soul Spa, which can be used for a single infrared spa session for 60 minutes.
You will also be asked to confirm your booking slot at this point. Please allow up to ten working days from date of purchase for this email to be sent.
Voucher cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred for any other type of session. Minimum age 16+.
Please note that Hidden vouchers are non-refundable unless an event, product or service booking is cancelled or postponed.
If an event, product or service booking is cancelled by the organiser prior to taking place, then we will automatically issue refunds to all those who have purchased vouchers. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to be processed following the initial announcement.
If an event, product or service booking is postponed, or significant changes are made that we feel will decline the quality of the event and warrants the offer of a refund, then a member of our team will be in touch to offer you a refund with a deadline of responding.
