Win A Family Pass To Bluebell Railway Ice Rink

Updated: Dec 19, 2023

Ready for February half term, we've got TWO family passes to offer our Hidden members for this fantastic family activity!

Bluebell Railway's fabulous ice rink is back between 10 and 20 February, and we've got TWO family passes for two adults and up to three children (15 and under) to enjoy!

The ice rink is open from 9am until 7pm on selected days, with some later skate sessions on Fridays and Saturdays.

Evening skate sessions allow visitors to enjoy the lighting and music from the ice rink, which provides an atmospheric backdrop of the locomotives outside the shed.

As well as ice skating, the Railway will also be running service trains and offering our ‘Kids For A Quid’ travel offer, with any child (3-15yrs) travelling for £1 when accompanied by a full fare-paying adult. (Travel tickets can be purchased with an additional charge).

Plus, enjoy the interactive exhibits in SteamWorks! also in the locomotive shed.

We're now very excited to be able to offer two family passes to attend this exciting

attraction at Sheffield Park Station!

To be in with a chance to win one of the passes, just enter our random draw before the competition closes on Wednesday January 20 - best of luck!

Please note the following terms and conditions:

Full Bluebell Railway opening times and rules can be found here.

The ticket is for a specific date and time. The winner(s) can choose a date until 20 February 2024 for a timed session for ice skating and the Bluebell Railway team will issue the ticket.

The prize is for this specific event and cannot be exchanged for other events.

Other information:

Ice skating tickets are £15.00 for adults and £12.50 for children. Slots can be booked

online or on the day from Sheffield Park station.

The price for skating includes skate hire and entry to SteamWorks!, an interactive exhibition which allows visitors to step aboard the footplate of a real-life steam engine for a true driver’s eye view. Skate aids are also available to hire before the session.

As well as ice skating, the Railway is also running its popular ‘Kids for a Quid’ offer throughout the February half term, with any child (3-15) travelling for £1 when accompanied by a full fare-paying adult.

Group booking discounts for skating are available and wheelchair users are

welcome. Please see the Bluebell Railway website for further information HERE.
